Charging your car in your company’s car park is all well and good… but the procedure needs to be adapted to each individual’s schedule. For an employee who stays in the office all day has different needs to a salesperson who is constantly on the road. NEOFLEET makes it possible to charge vehicles according to their use and therefore according to priorities. Requests can be entered easily from the reception desk or a smartphone. The solution then creates an optimised schedule where the necessary power is allocated at the right times to meet all charging needs.
The NEOFLEET solution is suitable for a number of devices. In most cases, you can enter your charging requirements on a tablet at your company’s reception desk. But NEOFLEET can also be accessed via a smartphone application. The intuitive interface means that you can book a charge session as soon as you arrive so that a charging point will be available — a useful tool if you are running late or need to move from one site to another. Depending on your needs, NEOFLEET generates an optimised schedule. Charging is carried out with peace of mind at the most appropriate time.
Your company cannot always install a charger for each car. In such a case, how can you make sure that your vehicle is charged when you arrive after the others? NEOFLEET draws up a charging schedule that takes these essential factors into account, i.e. on the basis of requests, priorities and also solar forecasts if the building has solar panels. This schedule also includes swaps. The system then automatically sends out notifications. These may warn that the charge session has been completed and it is time to leave, or, in another instance, that a charger is available for a new user.
Your plug-in hybrid or electric vehicle isn’t just charged at your place of work. You can also charge it on the move or, if you have the right equipment, you can charge it at home. NEOFLEET makes it easy to reimburse these external charges. Forget about sending expense claims or tickets to the appropriate department… The solution collects information from the various charging points and sends it to the administrator. An accident, a repair, a servicing request or, unfortunately, a parking ticket… These things happen. NEOFLEET makes it easy to communicate these EVENTS between the driver and the back office. They are communicated via the smartphone to the Fleet Manager using an intuitive chat tool. The EVENT can be documented with attachments or photos so as to enable the back office to organise proper follow-up and manage progress easily. The driver is kept informed and each document remains in a history linked to the vehicle.
